Jan offers sessions in reflexology and reiki and has taught a variety of classes in reflexology, reiki, meditation, journaling, and other techniques for stress reduction. Over the years she has lead several workshops at “The Garden Retreat” near Asheville, NC as well as classes for women’s groups in Charlotte, NC and Savannah, GA.
She has trained employees of Memorial Hospital’s Chopra Center in Reiki techniques and taught classes at Candler/St. Joseph’s Center for Well Being. She has led workshops for the women of White Bluff Presbyterian Church and classes for troop leaders and executives with the Girl Scouts of America as well as specific journaling classes for young Girl Scouts.
From 2010 to 2020 Jan was a member of the Integrative Health Planning Committee and the Reflexologist at Anderson Cancer Institute, a part of Memorial University Medical Center.
